Reservation Guidelines and Information
To reserve a vacation property, we require one half the rental rate as a deposit. The deposit will confirm and secure the reservation. The remaining half of the rental rate plus the lodging tax will be due on or about 45 days prior to the check in date.
If you prefer an instant booking option using your credit card, there are links on each description page to book directly with us or VRBO . By booking through VRBO, you are also provided the option to purchase Travel Insurance protection.
Cancellation Policy
The rental season on the coast of Maine is very limited, and the owners cannot issue refunds on a cancelled reservation that is due to the fault of the renters unless the cottage can be re-rented for the time period reserved.
Any monies received through re-renting will be returned less a cancellation fee.
We highly recommend exploring Travel Insurance options to protect against possible unforeseen events that could alter your vacation plans.
