A Chalet-style vacation home, with three bedrooms (one up and two down) an efficient kitchen w/ dining area, and a comfortable living room, all with cathedral ceiling. Large west-facing deck for views of the water and fine sunsets. There's a private picnic area right on the shore. The dynamic tide changes bring you and your guests the opportunity for swimming, kayaking, boating and fishing (striped bass run in July!) It's only a short drive to famed Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse and many other attractions of Acadia National Park, as well as downtown Bar Harbor or Southwest Harbor
